1. Estimates and Quotes
All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins.
We will notify you of any significant changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment times are given as a time window (for example, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window and will contact you if we are running late.
You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip/service fee.
3. Access to the Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, including the electrical panel and all affected areas of the home.
Pets must be secured. We are not responsible for pets that are not properly contained.
If we cannot access the property or the work area when we arrive, a trip fee may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other written arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept major credit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.
Invoices not paid when due may be subject to late fees and collection costs.
5. Workmanship and Materials
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
Materials are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranties.
Labor warranty details will be provided with your invoice or work documentation.
We are not responsible for issues caused by existing conditions, previous work performed by others, normal wear and tear, or misuse after our work is completed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Please disclose any known electrical issues, previous repairs, or special conditions before work begins.
You are responsible for obtaining any required HOA, building, or homeowner association approvals if applicable.
You agree to provide accurate information regarding the property and the requested work.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the services we provide is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
Any unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
